No, the whole family does not have to be present to activate. Once you have selected your plan and activated your Ultra Flex for the Family Plan, you will receive an invite code. The invite code can be used by your family members to activate. They may activate at your local Ultra Retailer or by calling Care at 1.888.777.0446.
