If you are the parent with Ultra Flex for the Family plans, you are able to pay for all family members by enabling the “Pay for Family” setting. This setting is enabled when you activate, but it can be switched on or off at any time.
You can enable the “Pay for Family” setting in the following ways:
- Online - Log in to your account at my.ultramobile.com.
- By Phone - To change your payment settings over the phone, call Ultra Mobile customer care at 888-777-0446 or just dial 611 from your Ultra Mobile phone.
Please note that the plan’s parent is the only member of a family that can pay for the whole family.
