Parents of Ultra Flex plans have the option to pay for all members of a Family, or allow all members the responsibility to pay for themselves. When activating a Family Plan, the “Pay for Family” option is automatically enabled, but can be switched to “Pay for Me” at any time.
You can change your payment settings in the following ways:
- By Phone - To change your payment settings over the phone, call Ultra Mobile customer care at 888-777-0446 or just dial 611 from your Ultra Mobile phone.
- With an Ultra Mobile Retailer - Any Ultra Retailer can help you adjust your payment settings. Check our Store Locator to find your nearest Ultra Retailer.
Please note that a parent is the only member that can pay for the whole family. If you are a non-admin member of a family plan and would like to change the payment settings, please confirm with the parent.
