If you are your plan’s parent, you are able to pay for all family members by enabling the “Pay for Family” setting. This setting is enabled when you activate, but it can be switched on or off at any time.
You can enable the “Pay for Family” setting in the following ways:
- By Phone - To change your payment settings over the phone, call Ultra Mobile customer care at 888-777-0446 or just dial 611 from your Ultra Mobile phone.
- With an Ultra Mobile Retailer - Any Ultra Retailer can help you adjust your payment settings. Check our Store Locator to find your nearest Ultra Retailer.
Please note that a plan’s parent is the only member of a family that can pay for the whole family.
