Disabling the “Pay for Family” setting in your account is easy, and can be switched on or off at any time.
You can disable this setting in the following ways:
- By Phone - Call Ultra Mobile customer care at 888-777-0446 or just dial 611 from your Ultra Mobile phone.
- With an Ultra Mobile Retailer - Any Ultra Retailer can help you adjust your payment settings. Check our Store Locator to find your nearest Ultra Retailer.
Please note that a plan’s parent is the only member of a family that can pay for the whole family or edit this setting. When “Pay for Family” is turned off, all family members will be notified via text message that they are responsible for paying for their monthly plans
