If Auto Recharge is disabled, line credits must be purchased to continue service. If your Ultra Flex for the Family plan’s parent is not paying for all members, ensure that each child either has their personal line credits or their own credit card on their account to ensure service is not suspended.
- If the plan’s parent has Auto Recharge disabled and the child accounts have Auto Recharge disabled, then line credits must be purchased by both the plan’s parent and all child accounts.
- If the plan’s parent has Auto Recharge disabled and the child accounts have Auto Recharge enabled, then the plan’s parent must have line credits purchased to ensure service is not suspended.
