Yes! Keeping your number is easy. During the activation of an Ultra Flex Family or Ultra Flex SIM, you can choose “Keep my Number.”
If you intend to keep your number, please have the following information handy:
- PIN from your old carrier
- Account number from your old carrier (this can be found in your billing statement)
. Billing zip code from your old carrier
- Current phone number that you’d like to keep
You will need to enter this information during the number transfer process. If you don’t have this information, you should be able to get it from your old carrier by calling their customer service.
Phone number transfer can take up to 24 hours to complete, but most transferred numbers are fully activated within eight (8) hours.
