Whether you have an individual or multi-line plan, you can recharge your Flex account in the following ways:
- Online: Visit my.ultramobile.com and select the “Recharge” tab in the left-hand navigation.
- By Phone: To recharge via phone, call Ultra Mobile customer care at 888-777-0446, or just dial 611 from your Ultra Mobile phone.
- With an Ultra Retailer: Any Ultra Retailer can help you recharge your monthly or multi-month individual or family plan. Check our Store Locator to find the nearest Ultra Retailer.
Please note that if you are your Ultra Flex Family plan’s parent and you have the “Pay for Family” setting enabled on your account, you will be responsible for recharging every member of your family.
