How can I remove an existing member from a family?

You can remove a member of the family by calling Customer Care at 888-777-0446 or by visiting a Retailer location and asking them to remove the family member from your account.

Please note, once you leave the Flex plan, you can not get a new Flex-plan and re-join the family.
