Whenever the system attempts to renew your monthly Ultra Flex for the Family or Ultra Flex for Individuals plan, it checks to see if you have a plan credit to cover your monthly services. If you do, we will use the available plan credit and not charge the credit card you have enrolled in Auto Recharge. The system functions the same way for Ultra Flex for the Family when you have “Pay for Family” enabled. We will see if you have enough plan credits to pay for all the lines associated to your family. If you do, we will not use the credit card to purchase additional line credits. If you don’t, we will use the credit card on file to purchase enough plan credits for your family to ensure they don’t have any service interruption.
