How do I add more data to my Ultra Flex for the Family plan?

There are a few ways to add more 4G LTE data to your Ultra Flex for the Family plan:

• Call Care: Call 611 from your Ultra phone, or 1 888 777 0446, to speak to a Retailer about adding to a family members’ data.
• In your Online Account: Each family member must login to their own online account to purchase more data for their line.
• Visit a Retailer: Any Ultra Retailer can help you add to a family members’ data. Visit our Store Locator to find the closest Ultra Retailer.
